POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the development and executing marketing plans to drive business growth, increase brand awareness, and enhance audience engagement. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SEO, email marketing (HubSpot experience preferred), social media, copywriting, and design.

WORK HOURS

This role is required to work a minimum of 40 hours per week. They must be able to work flexible scheduled shifts based on business needs. Typical work week is Monday - Friday but nights and weekends will be required based on events. Some travel will be required.

RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES

Work closely with company executives to shape and execute Pivot Culinary and The Herb Box marketing and brand strategy.Support Marketing Plans: Collaborate with management to develop long-term marketing objectives aligned with business goals. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify key opportunities and challenges.Campaign Management: Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital, social media, email, and traditional channels. Develop creative briefs, oversee content creation, and manage campaign budgets.Digital Marketing: Oversee digital marketing initiatives, including website optimization, SEO/SEM, content marketing, and social media advertising. Utilize HubSpot for CRM and marketing automation, leveraging data insights to refine strategies and improve ROI. Manage website updates and content on WordPress platform.Brand Management: Maintain brand consistency across all marketing channels and communications. Develop brand positioning strategies and messaging frameworks to differentiate our products/services in the market.Market Segmentation and Targeting: Identify target customer segments and develop personalized marketing strategies to engage and convert prospects. Utilize customer data and analytics to optimize targeting and messaging.Social Media & LinkedIn Strategy: Develop and implement a strategy to increase our presence on social media outlets (including Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn), focusing on business-to-consumer (B2C) marketing for The Herb Box and business-to-business (B2B) marketing for Pivot Culinary. Create compelling content, engage with industry influencers, and participate in relevant groups to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.Marketing Collateral: Collaborate with design and content teams to create marketing collateral, sales materials, presentations, and other assets to support sales and marketing efforts.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product development, and other cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with overall business goals. Provide marketing support for product launches, events, and promotions.Measurement and Reporting: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track the effectiveness of marketing initiatives. SKILLS/EXPERIENCE• Have the ability to thrive in a fast-paced growing environment, where your responsibilities will change based on the current project, problem, or event, by demonstrating critical thinking and decision-making skills• Are responsible and able to develop our business and embody our values and mission.• Are flexible and can work collaboratively across multiple projects.• Demonstrable experience with display advertising, email, marketing database, social media campaigns, and more, required• Capable in creative tools such as an eye for good design, writing skills, Canva, and Adobe Suite• Highly organized, with the ability to work to deadlines and manage budgets.• Ability to communicate effectively across internal and external teams• Analytical and strategic outlook, with a knowledge of current social media trends.• Strong time management skills• A patient, team-first & success-oriented attitude with a growth mindset• Proven experience (+ years) in marketing coordination, with a focus on digital programs, KPIs & reporting.• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.• Experience with HubSpot CRM and marketing automation tools.• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics.• Experience managing websites on the WordPress platform.• Creative thinker with a customer-centric mindset and a passion for driving results.• Join our team and play a key role in shaping the future of our marketing strategy.

DESIRED EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE• Bachelor's degree or higher in marketing, hospitality, or a related field• Minimum 2 years experience in digital marketing Experience in the hospitality/restaurant industry is preferred• Experience with Adobe Suite and Hubspot is preferred
