POSITION SUMMARYThe individual in this role is responsible for creating, managing, and monitoring spend across all aspects of strategic E-commerce marketing campaigns within marketplace accounts in the US and the UK. Responsible for creating, measuring, and maintaining service level metrics and KPI's. This role will execute new and existing product listing campaigns, optimize current and new product campaigns (Sponsored Products, Brands, Display, Video, and DSP), and drive new marketplace launch initiatives.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage all aspects of E-commerce marketplace campaigns, including:

Amazon (Vendor/Seller Central)eBay (Marketplace)Walmart (Vendor/Seller Central)

Create and set up marketplace campaigns to promote products effectively.Familiarity with automated and manual targeting campaign structures.Implement PPC (Pay-Per-Click) campaigns with a focus on keyword targeting and optimization.Responsible for sales promotions and SEO (Search Engine Optimization) strategies.Utilize impression ratings to drive traffic and enhance visibility.Optimize Advertising Cost of Sales (ACOS) and Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) to maximize campaign effectiveness.Understand A+ content, store management, and posts to enhance product listings and customer experience.Collaborate with the data team to establish data automation capabilities for efficient campaign management.Understanding of DSP (Demand-Side Platform) for programmatic advertising and campaign optimization.Promote a collaborative work environment, encouraging effective communication and cross-training initiatives to enhance team productivity, versatility, and skill development.Undertakes additional responsibilities and tasks as directed by management.QUALIFICATIONS

(Education, Experience, & Skills required)

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.5+ years of experience with online retail required (Amazon, Walmart, eBay, Newegg, etc.)Experience with:

Manual and Automated Campaign StructuresSponsored Product advertisementsSponsored Brand advertisementsSponsored Display advertisementsKnowledge of Video advertising a plus

Automotive experience preferred.Channel Advisor experience preferred.Content management and optimization skills.Strong Knowledge of Algorithm, Software(s) and Tools for Scalability (Large Catalog)Proficient in Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, Word, and Outlook.Demonstrates the ability to design workflows and procedures, generate innovative solutions, identify and resolve issues promptly, and coordinate projects effectively.Displays proficiency in project management and coordination.Exhibits professional experience working collaboratively in a team environment.Shows the capacity to generate creative solutions.Demonstrates skill in writing routine reports and correspondence.Possesses effective verbal communication skills, with the ability to address groups of customers or employees in an organization.Must possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Demonstrates a high level of accuracy and thoroughness in work.Displays diligence in completing tasks in a timely manner, utilizing effective time management skills.

Salary Description

$75,000 - $100,000 / year
