Assist in the development and implementation of strategic marketing plans to achieve corporate objectives for products and services relating to business development, lead generation, and growthAssists in strategic planning and execution of different marketing and communications’ channels including social media marketing, email campaigns, website, blog, events, etc.Maintains a consistent corporate image and brand throughout all product lines, promotional materials, and eventsCoordinates as a liaison between the marketing department and Maplewood Senior LivingEstablishes and maintains relationships with defined key strategic partners and represents Maplewood Senior Living in an external business development capacityStay up-to date with the ever-changing market trends and competitive conditions that affects Maplewood Senior Living’s marketing strategies through the means of gathering research from reading materials, media sources, attending events, etc.Leads the development and implementation of a comprehensive strategic plan for all social media platforms to enhance corporate objectives for products and services, focusing on business development, lead generation, and growth.Develops a strategic content schedule, including a blog calendar, to address prospective resident and family questions, concerns, and barriers, and to drive SEO.Develops a plan for managing Google Business Profile pages that assists with driving leads.Develops a newsprint schedule, assist with securing print spots, and lead negotiations for media buys.Assist with leading the design and development of all flyers, invitations, and other branded materials to ensure a consistent and professional corporate image.Assists with developing materials for sponsorships, community events, and other related marketing initiatives.Monitors competitor products, sales and marketing activitiesAbility to resolve concerns and conflicts in a professional and timely mannerAssists in controlling expenditures of department with supervision from VP of Marketing to conform to budgetary requirementsAssists other departments on projects relating to marketingEducation/Experience/Competencies:

Bachelor’s degree or higher in marketing, sales, or business administration or equivalent number of years of experienceDegree in Graphic Design or experience in Graphic design programs preferred but not requiredExperience with social media strategy developmentFive (5) years of related experience with progressive management experience preferredPossesses excellent business acumen and leadership skillsPossess excellent customer service, marketing, and public relations skillsPossesses excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skillsAbility to be strategic and creative with a result-driven mindsetDemonstrates a positive, engaging, and professional demeanor
