We are looking for a Manager, North America Channel Marketing to join our regional marketing team.

Reporting to the Director of Marketing, North America, you and your team will be responsible for managing all elements of the North American channel marketing function.

You will also play a key role in helping strategic channel partners plan and implement amazing marketing campaigns to drive mutual brand awareness and demand.What your day will look like:Provide team leadership and management for Sr. Channel Marketing Coordinator and Marketing AssistantSupport and planning for channel partner marketing programs including cooperative (co-op) marketing, annual certificates and awards, partner webinars and eventsOversee all channel and consultant partner communicationsEnsure relevant and engaging content is populated within the Genetec Portal and drive portal adoption with the channel partner communityAdopt a proactive approach to channel marketing through development of relationships with strategic partner account contacts; work together to build customized co-marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness and measurable demandLiaise with sales teams to plan and implement field-based marketing programs for strategic partner accountsWork with internal events and sales teams on agenda and content strategy for annual large-scale Genetec Elevate Channel Partner ConferenceLiaise with Channel Enablement and Educational Services teams to ensure messaging alignment, promotion and utilization of the Genetec University training offeringsEnsure Genetec partner content is created with a channel partner point of view, targeted specifically for our partner audience, and cadence of communications is on pointAlign channel partner communications with end customer marketing and broad-based brand strategies to ensure consistent messaging across audiencesEstablish close business partnerships with Corporate Marketing counterparts, Genetec Channel Account Executives, Enablement and Sales Leadership teamsMeasure and report on co-op fund usage, budgets and monthly KPIs with your teamManage and adhere to North American channel marketing budgetMore about you:7+ years B2B and/or channel/partner marketing, field marketing experience preferredYou know and love channel partners, understand how to strategize with them and write/distribute content that resonates with this critical target groupKnowledge of how to blend and implement both traditional and digital marketing tacticsYou are comfortable with providing both leadership to your team of two, and with hands on planning and execution of marketing tactics and campaignsExcel at building relationships both internally and externallyExceptional customer-facing communication skillsTrue passion for partner marketing, branding and lead generation.
