WHO we're looking for:

We are looking for an Affiliate Marketing Manager who will be responsible for the overall growth and management of the .com site affiliate program. The manager builds a marketing strategy that informs, motivates and engages our customers while continuously analyzing and optimizing your share of the marketing portfolio. You will be the primary point of contact for all strategic discussions related to the affiliate marketing channel and will leverage data to drive actionable decisions that informs and grows the business.

Role and Responsibilities:Owns affiliate marketing strategy, leveraging data to drive actionable decisions that inform and grows the business.Manages a multi-million dollar budget and identifies areas of opportunity with the core publisher partners to grow and evolve our program, inclusive of loyalty, coupon, influencer, editorial content and other long-tail Affiliate segments.Practice tactical & strategic excellence in digital media management, continuously optimizing all front- and back-end attributes of a campaign for maximum direct-response performance.Accurately project revenue, spend & other metrics by Product Category for channels.Continuously evaluates, on boards and nurtures high-growth potential partners.Closely partner with PR & Influencer teams to incentivize coverage across content partners, seeding PR briefings and other campaign content.Negotiates larger, enterprise deals with critical publishers to help evolve our affiliate program.Monitors creative process to ensure that all messaging is aligned with brand standards.Presents results to senior management in monthly and quarterly meetings.Partner with HQ marketing teams to ensure global best practices are being followed and execute ad hoc strategic projects and campaigns.Collaborate with Category Managers to prioritize business objectives, offers and launches across Product Categories.Partner with category Demand Generation teams to reconcile media activity across the org, standardize measurement and tracking, and evangelize the .com site objectives.Effectively manage agency partners to ensure resources are making the most informed and effective optimization & execution decisions.Work closely with Digital Merchandising, Creative Services and UX teams to optimize landing page conversion.Partner with engineering to manage, optimize and troubleshoot our Product Feed for optimal use as well as tagging needs.Develop monthly and/or quarterly performance recaps.Generate ad hoc campaign recaps for cross-functional and executive consumption.Continuously test new creative, offers, ad formats, landing pages within existing programs.Explore & prioritize new ad tech vendors & media partners to test in order to diversify and grow our portfolio.Evangelize for the importance of .com site revenue generation and measurementRequired Experience and Education:

7+ years' experience in online marketing, specifically affiliate marketing, e-commerce, DTC; Affiliate marketing or other digital marketing experience is a must.BA/BS in marketing, communications, e-commerce, merchandising or related field; or equivalent experience required.Experience with tools such as Commission Junction/Rakuten, Google Affiliate Network, Share-A-Sale or Linkshare.Experience managing multi-million dollar marketing budgets and working with multiple publishers.Necessary Skills and Attributes:

Self-motivated individual with the ability to thrive in a team-based or independent environment.Detail-oriented with strong organization skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Limited supervision and the exercise of discretion.Excellent analytical skills, including proficiency in using web and data analytic tools (Adobe Analytics, Tableau).Highly proactive, driven by results and can manage multiple projects, tasks, and people.Excellent project management and organizational/time management skills.Strong interpersonal and communication skills as well as the ability to articulate clearly and effectively over the phone, through email, and in writing; Must be an active team player within a cross-functional team.Physical Demands:

Requires considerable (90%+) work utilizing high visual acuity/detail, numeric/character distinction, and moderate hand/finger dexterity.

Performs work under time schedules and stress which are normally periodic or cyclical, including time sensitive deadlines, intellectual challenge, some language barriers, and project management deadlines. May require working additional time beyond normal schedule and periodic travel.
