Lead the Sitecore SXA Operations Program including advancement/governance of the Johnson Controls design pattern library, process workflows, reference documentation, training material, intake forms and enhancement requests in addition to regular reporting of in-progress and completed operations projects.

Support the advancement of Johnson Controls' global web program from strategic planning, roadmap-building and communication to resource allocation, budgeting, scheduling, and coordinating all aspects of the web program. The program manager will work closely with adjacent Central Marketing functions, global business stakeholders, IT, and cross-functional teams to ensure that the scope and direction of the portfolio of projects are aligned to program goals.

This role will be responsible for coordinating between subject matter experts, who are responsible to contribute web content, and the content creation team that includes user experience architects, designers, copywriters, SEO experts, and web content publishers.

Additional ways to be successful in this role include: leading cross-functional teams with diplomacy, resolving issues in a timely manner, guiding teams when directional pivots are required, and providing clear communication for web projects and priorities.

How you will do it:

Lead Sitecore Experience Accelerator platform (SXA) processes including standard operating procedures, workflows, reference documentation, training material, intake forms and enhancement requests in addition to regular reporting of in-progress and completed operations activities.Support the onboarding of websites to SXA, guiding business stakeholders as the Johnson Controls' portfolio of websites transition onto this enterprise standard.Collaborate with adjacent digital marketing teams including social media, paid media, marketing automation, lead management and data/analytics.Manage vendor partners that serve as an extension of the Johnson Controls' teams, including the resources for user experience, user testing/validation, content creation, content publishing, tagging, analytics and SEO.Create and maintain detailed project plans, that include milestones, risks, dependencies, assignments, deliverables, etc. and own regular reporting for web projects.Monitor the progress of project components to ensure the overall goals, schedules and benefits will be achieved.Own the creation and maintenance of executive dashboards that provide regular snapshots of project status.Ensure projects are organized and executed in a manner consistent with Johnson Controls' standards.Deliver the projects on schedule, on budget and per the specification.Qualifications:

10+ years of related web project/program management experience, preferably in a large, global organization.Demonstrated ability to oversee complex web projects, develop internal/external relationships, and establish a cross-team partnership.Advanced project management skills in complex technical and business environments, including the ability to coordinate multiple teams in various locations and time zones.Highly organized with strong problem-solving, decision-making, issue analysis, and resolution skills.Ability to take initiative and prioritize business needs while understanding diverse or conflicting perspectives.Positive energy, growth mindset, with a bias for win-win outcomes including a strong ability to empathize and look at problems from many angles.Well-developed executive presence with exceptional verbal skills particularly when speaking to audiences of varying levels and excellent written communication especially with regard to presentation creation.Experience managing both rapid-development short-term and complex long-term projects.Demonstrated ability to work with multiple stakeholders and manage competing priorities with diplomatic rigor.A proven ability to think internationally, and the skill to adapt and flex the message and delivery accordingly, as well as to understand the varied needs of the local teams.Passion for leading teams and implementing change.Ability to participate via video for key meetings and presentations.

This will be a hybrid role at our Glendale, WI office.
