As our Marketing Manager, you will be an integral part of our team, responsible for planning and executing marketing strategies and initiatives to promote our products and services to clients and partners nationwide. You will also work cross-functionally with our sales, product development, and customer service teams to ensure a cohesive and effective marketing approach across all channels.

ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement comprehensive marketing plans to increase brand awareness and drive sales growthConduct market research and analysis to identify industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs, and provide insights to inform marketing strategiesManage and execute various marketing communication campaigns, including email marketing, social media, content development, and advertisingCollaborate with the sales team to create sales enablement materials and ensure consistent messaging and positioning across all channelsLead the planning and execution of tradeshows, conferences, and other events to drive brand awareness and generate leadsManage relationships with external vendors and partners to ensure effective execution of marketing initiativesIdentify and evaluate new marketing opportunities, such as new channels, partnerships, and sponsorships

RequirementsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field2+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in the biotechnology or healthcare industryStrong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable marketing plansProven experience in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including email marketing, social media, and eventsExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messaging and effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholdersExperience with CRM software and marketing automation tools, such as Salesforce and HubspotStrong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize workload effectively.
