The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing SEO/SEM strategies that drive growth, revenue, and customer acquisition. The Search Engine Marketing (SEO/SEM) Specialistwill have the opportunity to work with some of the most recognizable Fortune 500 companies, help create new concepts that bring the customer journey to life through web, UX, and experience design, and contribute to making millions of people a little happier every day.Responsibilities

Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify target keywords and optimize website content accordingly.Optimize website metadata, such as page titles and descriptions, to improve search engine rankings and click-through rates.Perform ongoing site audits to identify technical issues that may negatively impact website visibility and search engine rankings.Develop and implement link-building strategies to increase website authority and drive referral traffic.Monitor, analyze, and report on website traffic, rankings, and other key performance indicators (KPIs).Keep up to date with industry developments and best practices in SEO and search engine algorithms.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content creators, developers, and designers, to ensure SEO best practices are incorporated into all aspects of website design and development.RequirementsBachelor's degree in marketing, communications, computer science, or a related fieldProven experience in developing and implementing successful SEO and SEM strategiesA minimum of 2 years experience managing Google Ads campaigns through inception, research, set-up and ongoing optimizationsStrong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factorsFamiliarity with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Moz, and AhrefsExcellent analytical skills and attention to detailStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneouslSalary range: $85,000 - $90,000Compensation will be determined based on your level of experience.About Tahzoo:Experiences matter.As the architects for the experience age, Tahzoo crafts memorable moments for our clients’ customers.
