Sr Manager, Marketing Global Digital Marketing

Key Responsibilities

Manage a team of 3 to 5 individuals within the Digital Marketing vertical.Own the Global Digital Marketing Plan across all marketing regions and channels.Develop and leverage marketing technology capabilities and processes to enable multi-channel campaigns, MQLs, and lead nurturing.Tactically execute marketing campaigns with clearly identified measurable results.Develop process to drive lead generation, lead nurturing, lead management, targeting, re-targeting through marketing systems with output of MQLs.Develop lead management process creating efficiencies and clear direction across integration of multiple marketing systems (including SalesForce, NetSuite, HubSpot, ZoomInfo) taking regional workflows into account.Develop marketing communications process, aligned with QARA regulations, to ensure proper retention of marketing collateral approvals.Ensure all regionally developed materials align under the corporate image, positioning, and messaging throughout all laboratory solutions, promotional materials, campaigns, events, and all other mediums.Ensure all marketing verticals have content and graphic design support and creatively advise on content look and feel for brand continuity globally.In alignment with regional marketing, establish relevant market-based tactics and SMART success measurements integrated marketing campaigns as well as best practices for supporting sales and go-to-market teammates.Create, implement, and drive multi-channel digital marketing processes and tactics to drive increased MQLs contributing to company growth goals (including Website Metrics, SEO, Google AdWords, HubSpot, Social Media) across all regional markets.Effectively manage digital marketing spend in line with the growth and business strategy and make a positive impact across all regional markets.Maintain constant awareness of digital marketing tactics amongst competitors, using data and insight to suggest creative and bold ways to improve brand proposition.In collaboration with all marketing verticals, ensure project briefs align with overarching global marketing strategy (Events, Product Marketing, Content, Comms, Design).Develop, lead, and coach Digital Marketing team and guide inputs into Individual Development Plans and Career Path conversations.Leverage data and analytics to drive evidence-based marketing science strategies that optimize commercial performance and customer engagement.Tactically drive customer satisfaction and NPS score.Responsible for performing all duties in compliance with FDA’s Quality System Regulation (QSR), ISO13485, and all other international regulatory requirements with which Clinisys complies.

Skills needed to be successful

Multi-channel Healthcare B2B lead generation experience, desired.Experience with SaaS and Cloud based solutions, desired.Strong understanding and ability to lead and teach digital marketing to team.Ability to lead and execute on multiple, critical projects at a time.Excellent strategic and analytical skills with an ability to think strategically, generate creative solutions, and achieve successful business results rapidly.Strong leadership and interpersonal skills as well as strong written and verbal communication skills to drive and deliver marketing goals.Validated ability to communicate to multiple audiences in written, verbal and presentation format.Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills to work effectively in a matrixed, cross-functional environment.Seeks different perspectives and invites and weighs opposing views.Proven ability to influence/persuade others.Demonstrated strong industry networking capabilities.Demonstrated management abilities.Solid knowledge of modern marketing tools, techniques, and technology.Required Experience & Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related discipline.5+ years of marketing communications experience, with emphasis on digital.3+ years of experience in managing strategic digital marketing, with strong focus on execution of all marketing communications, advertising, brand activities, lead generation, content design, and SEO/website activities, in software, high technology, eBusiness, or equivalent environment.3+ years managing and leading successful marketing communications verticals.Preferred Experience & Education

Master’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related discipline.Experience working in global and/or international digital and marketing communications.Experience within IT software marketplace.Ability and comfort level communicating with and presenting to clinical and technical experts and leadership.Experience with laboratories, medical devices, healthcare information systems, or equivalent, desired.Experience with project managementSupervisory Responsibilities

The starting pay range for a candidate selected for this position who is generally within the range of $95,300 to $130,300 for annual base salary. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay may be above or below this range.

Physical Requirements

Work is performed in a normal office setting with minimal exposure to health or safety hazards. Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.Up to 30% Travel may be required.Moderate lifting/carrying 15-44 lbs.; use of fingers; walking/standing 2-6 hours.Exposure to hazardous materials or various weather conditions.Travel to client sites that can pose risk associated with healthcare organization.May be required to follow customer location health and safety requirements.
