Description

Reporting to the President of Aerospace, the Marketing Manager will play a key role in developing and executing marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation. This role requires a creative and results-oriented individual with a passion for marketing and a track record of success in creating impactful campaigns and content.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for emerging technology in the Aerospace industry including Seach and Rescue operations with the ability to thrive in a dynamic fast-pace environment.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities include the following:

Social Media Campaigns:

Develop and implement social media marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and engagement across various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others.Create and curate content for social media posts, including images, videos, and copy, to effectively communicate brand messaging and engage with target audiences.Monitor social media channels for trends and insights and analyze performance metrics to optimize campaign effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.Digital Design:

Create visually appealing and engaging digital assets, including graphics, banners, infographics, and other visual content, to support marketing campaigns and initiatives.Collaborate with internal stakeholders, to develop creative concepts and designs that align with brand guidelines and resonate with target audiences.Ensure all digital assets are optimized for web and mobile platforms and adhere to best practices for usability and accessibility.Content Creation:

Develop compelling and informative content for various marketing channels and platforms, including website, blog, email newsletters, and promotional materials.Write and edit copy for marketing materials, including product descriptions, blog posts, email campaigns, and social media posts, to effectively communicate key messages and value propositions.Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to gather information and insights for content creation and ensure accuracy and consistency of messaging across all channels.Campaign Management:

Assist in the planning, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns and initiatives, including email marketing, paid advertising, events, and promotions.Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and creative, to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with business goals and objectives.Monitor campaign performance and analytics and provide regular reports and insights to stakeholders to measure results and inform future strategies.Partner with the President of Aerospace to plan, coordinate, and manage participation in aerospace events, conferences, and major trade shows to showcase our products and solutions and enhance brand visibility within the industry. Developing event marketing strategies and promotional materials, including booth designs, collateral, presentations, and giveaways, to attract attendees and generate leads.Other duties as assignedAdditional Job Requirements

Requirements

Education & Experience

Bachelor's degree (BS/BA) from four-year college or university and 3 to 5 years' related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experienceBachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field required.Marketing experience within Aerospace and/or Search and Rescue operations (both federally and commercially) is a plus.Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices, with hands-on experience managing social media campaigns.Proficiency in graphic design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and experience creating digital assets and visual content.Skills

Excellent writing and editing skills, with the ability to craft compelling and persuasive copy for various marketing channels and formats.Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to generate innovative ideas and solutions to drive engagement and results.Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, and communicate ideas and feedback clearly and professionally.Knowledge of marketing automation tools, email marketing platforms, and web analytics tools is a plus.Passion for marketing and staying current on industry trends, technologies, and best practices.Compensation

In compliance with Colorado's Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the compensation for this role is $70,000 - 90,000 per year, however, Vita Inclinata Technologies considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, education/training, and key skills.
