Job Summary

As the Marketing Manager, Brand at Lulu's, you will be a pivotal figure in shaping the brand's marketing strategies and executing campaigns that resonate with our audience. You will play a critical role in driving the success of our brand initiatives by collaborating with various departments to align marketing efforts with overarching business objectives. Your creative thinking will be instrumental in developing innovative ideas for campaigns and materials that not only increase brand visibility but also drive sales for our fashion lines.

What You'll DoDevelop and execute marketing strategies and campaigns to increase brand visibility and drive sales for Lulus fashion lines.Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to align marketing initiatives with business objectives.Manage the marketing budget, track performance metrics, and optimize ROI.Monitor competitors' activities and identify new opportunities for growth.Prepare detailed reports on marketing performance and share insights with the team.Manage relationships with external vendors and agencies to ensure successful execution of projects.Stay updated on the latest fashion trends and industry developments.Collaborate with design, merchandising, and senior marketing leadership to develop seasonal marketing initiatives and campaigns.Develop and submit creative briefs to support messaging calendars.Manage content produced by 3rd party brands, including photography, video, copy, and links for various marketing channels.Devise launch strategies for new brands and execute brand-appropriate promotions.Manage experiential marketing activations from concept to execution, including onsite vendor and staff operations.Align and collaborate with other Lulus marketing counterparts and outside agencies.Manage event and activation budgets and obtain approvals from executive teams.Serve as the primary onsite contact at all events and activations.Provide event recaps after completion of activations.Work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and partner across functional teams and levels within and outside the organization.Advocate for Lulus in the industry and marketplace.What You'll Need

4-6 years of brand marketing experience.Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field.Strong organizational and project management skills to ensure timely and accurate execution of responsibilities.Proven success in developing marketing plans and campaigns.Excellent written and oral communication skills.Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced and evolving environment.Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, Google Apps for Work, and email, with an aptitude for learning new programs.Strong ability to identify priorities and execute strategically and with a sense of urgency.Strong relationship-building skills, with an emphasis on teamwork and collaboration.What You'll Love About Us

This position does not offer remote work. It is a hybrid role, requiring candidates to be open to working three days in the office: Tuesday through Thursday.
