What You'll Do

The Director of Marketing Analytics will be responsible for developing and creating a marketing analytics strategy and function that provides market research and analysis to drive smarter and more informed business decisions to improve overall business strategy. The role will collaborate with our Marketing leadership, Commercial Strategy and Product teams to lead the development of in-house analytical tools and processes. This position requires a deep understanding of marketing technology, customer surveys and segmentation, data analytics and modeling.

Job Requirements

Build the Marketing Analytics team and define the roadmap for marketing analytics and toolsDeliver actionable insights based on quantitative analysis in line with industry best practicesProvides the strategic leadership, collaborative coordination, and creative problem solving to mentor and manage a successful teamDevelop and lead analytics on market conditions driving product salesDevelop metrics to measure effectiveness of campaigns, channel performance and customer sentimentLead global customer surveys and other measurements of customer satisfactionLead team in the utilization and optimization of data analysisWhat We're Looking For

Bachelor's Degree8+ years experience in Marketing Analytics4+ years leading a Market Analytics function5+ years of experience with analytic techniques, statistical modeling, and web analyticsExperience working in Customer Experience and/or Voice of Customer roles prior, including surveying a customer base for feedbackProficiency with BI reporting & Tableau (in addition to other similar programs and platforms)Strong technical skills, including database tools and programming languages (e.g. SQL, Python, R)Demonstrated ability presenting to leadership on a global scaleExcellent and proven project management skillsMeet challenges consistently and confidently with energy and drivePossess high integrity and exceptional work ethic. Pay Rate TypeSalary

Our goal is to pay a market competitive salary focusing near the median of our pay ranges. However, final offers for all positions will be based on several factors such as experience level, education, skills, work location, and internal pay equity.
