Nasdaq is seeking a dynamic and visionary Creative Director to lead our creative strategy and content group, conceptualizing and executing integrated cross-platform campaigns and content initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing ideation, production, and execution of all campaigns-including events, digital experiences, video content, and experiential projects.

Lead creative strategy and content team in developing innovative and captivating concepts for integrated campaigns on behalf of our brand and our partners that align with our purpose, vision, and objectives.Collaborate closely with Audience Strategy team to ensure an audience-first approach to storytelling.Work with the Partnership team to develop best-in-class custom content campaigns for paid partners.Manage the end-to-end production process, from ideation to final delivery, while adhering to timelines and budgets.Provide strategic direction and mentorship to team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing creative environment.Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously elevate the quality of creative output.Act as a brand steward, ensuring that all creative work reflects the company's values, messaging, and visual identity.Present creative concepts and strategies to key stakeholders, including executives and clients, articulating the rationale behind each decision.Oversee the development of compelling storytelling across various mediums, ensuring that content resonates with target audiences.Drive innovation and experimentation in content creation, exploring new formats and techniques to engage audiences in unique ways.Bachelor's degree in a relevant field10-12 years of experience in a creative role, with 5 years in a leadership position, preferably within an agency or brand studioProven track record of leading successful integrated campaigns across multiple platformsStrong portfolio showcasing a range of creative work, including events, digital experiences, social campaigns, video content, and experiential projects.Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teamsStrategic thinker with a keen understanding of branding and storytellingAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environmentProficiency and comfortability with all aspects of video production, with experience leading video shoots and working with AV and post-production teams

The base pay range for this role is $131,700 - $219,400. In addition to base salary, Nasdaq provides a generous annual bonus/commission (short-term incentive), and equity (long-term incentive), comprehensive benefits, and opportunity for growth. Exact compensation may vary based on several job-related factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to: skill set, experience, education/training, business needs and market demands.
