About the Role

The Senior Marketing & Communications at Pebble in the Brand & Marketing department is a key role responsible for leading and executing strategic marketing and communications initiatives. This position plays a crucial part in enhancing the brand's presence and driving marketing activities to support business goals.

ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand and product awarenessLead cross-functional teams to deliver integrated marketing campaignsManage external agencies and vendors, including but not limited to Brand, Web, Digital, PR, Influencer Marketing, and Event.Analyze market trends and competitors to adjust marketing strategies accordinglyCreate compelling content for various channels including digital, social media, web, PR, and traditional marketingOversee the development and execution of marketing collateral and materialsCollaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency across all platformsMonitor and evaluate the performance of marketing campaigns and initiativesConduct market research to identify opportunities for growthManage marketing budgets and allocate resources effectivelyRequirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related fieldProven experience in marketing and public relations roles in the automotive, consumer tech, or RV industryExperience building constructive relationships with top-tier journalists, editors, and influencers.Strong project management and organizational skillsStrong editorial skillsExcellent written and verbal communication abilitiesAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced environmentKnowledge of digital marketing tools and techniquesStrategic thinker with a creative mindsetAbility to collaborate with cross-functional teamsExperience in managing external stakeholdersStrong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making
