Pomp's is actively searching for a Service Manager to direct our team. This individual will be responsible for working alongside our customers and scheduling their service needs. Do you have a desire to grow within a thriving company? Look no further, many of our Store Managers worked in this role!

Job Responsibilities:
Analyze tire problems and advise solutionsAnswer incoming calls and manage customer inquiriesAssign tasks to service employeesAssist with store inventory managementAssist in Shop to maintain productionFollow and collect past due accountsEnsure service employees are properly trainedMaintain a clean workspaceAdditional tasks as assignedJob Requirements:
Management and sales experience preferredPrevious tire experience strongly preferredAutomotive/mechanical skillsValid driver's license and ability to maintain driving record to Pomp's Tire Service standardsAbility to effectively communicate with customers and co-workersAbility to read and verify work order information
