Marketing Project Manager

to lead our marketing campaigns and product launches. In this role, you'll oversee the entire project lifecycle, from conception to execution, ensuring seamless coordination of resources and adherence to timelines. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

include the following, but other duties may be assigned:Develop and Manage Marketing Timelines: Build and manage comprehensive marketing timelines for campaign and product launches, encompassing pre-launch, launch, and sustainment phases. Ensure all deadlines are met and resources are allocated efficiently.Lead Project Execution: Take charge of projects from requirements definition through deployment, identifying project scopes, schedules, budgets, and implementation plans. Navigate potential risks and obstacles to keep projects on track.Coordinate Resources: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to align resources with project objectives. Coordinate cross-functional teams, including creative, digital, and research, to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives.Analyze Project Status: Regularly assess project status, analyzing key performance indicators and metrics to gauge success. Adjust project scopes, schedules, or budgets as necessary to optimize outcomes and meet project requirements.Client Relationship Management: Establish and maintain relationships with client stakeholders, providing day-to-day contact on project status and addressing any changes or concerns. Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure project alignment.Scope Management: Establish and maintain processes for managing scope throughout the project lifecycle, setting quality and performance standards. Assess and mitigate risks to project success.Database Management: Structure and manage integrated, multitrack performance databases for various marketing projects, including digital, print, social, broadcast, and experiential initiatives.Vendor and Partner Management: Develop and maintain partnerships with third-party resources, including vendors and researchers, to support project objectives. Ensure efficient collaboration and maximize deliverables.Resource Allocation: Assign and monitor resources to optimize project efficiency and maximize deliverables. Ensure team members are aligned with project objectives and have the necessary support to succeed.Reporting and Escalation: Report project outcomes and risks to appropriate leadership channels, providing regular updates on project status. Escalate issues as needed according to the project work plan.SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:

This role does not have supervisory responsibilities.CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:

Will be required to obtain certificates or licenses within 90 days of employment that are required to operate in existing markets. Additionally, will need to be able to obtain certificates and licenses in new markets as needed.A valid driver's license and a willingness to travel as needed for business purposes.PMP certification is a plus.Familiarity with Asana software, our work management platform.EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

Must be at least 21 years of age.Four or more years of project management experience, preferably in marketing or advertising.Experience with web technologies and software platforms for maximum usability.COMPETENCIES (SKILLS AND ABILITIES):

Strong attention to deadlines and budgetary guidelines.Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practicesExcellent English written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present ideas effectively.Proven success in working with all levels of management.Ability to coach project team members to enhance their abilities and skill sets.Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.Knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing best practices.Familiarity with email marketing strategies, segmentation, and analytics.PHYSICAL DEMANDS/WORK ENVIRONMENT:

Work is primarily performed in an office environment, with occasional travel required for meetings and events.Exposure to cannabis products may occur.
