Job Overview

The Business Journals, a privately owned, news media organization, publishing in 45 markets across the U.S. is looking for a Marketing Manager to lead the marketing strategy for our growing line of Promotional Products.

This position will create a holistic plan to leverage internal marketing channels, as well as paid channels, to reach current and new prospects with a goal of generating sales leads and increasing ecommerce sales.

Job Responsibilities

Own and execute marketing strategy for Promotional Listing Products and Article ReprintsUtilize knowledge of HubSpot Marketing Hub and SalesHub to streamline and automate marketing and sales processesFocus on new customer acquisition, renewals, and upsell opportunities to drive revenue growthAssist sales team with lead generation and optimization of email communicationCoordinate and create comprehensive marketing campaigns across various channels including email, banner advertising, strategic site placements, print advertising, paid search, and social mediaCollaborate with the Marketing Director, sales team, and designers to ensure alignment and consistency in marketing effortsSkills & Experience

Experience with HubSpot Marketing Hub and SalesHub

Proficiency in Paid Search and Social Media advertising platformsStrong analytical skills and data-driven mindsetExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsProven track record of successful lead generation and revenue growthAbility to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environmentCreative thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing campaignsCollaborative team player with strong leadership skills
