Where will you step in?You will have the opportunity to develop and implement a broad, comprehensive, and strategic communication plan with an emphasis on visual communication and overall branding for our highly successful employee-owned company. You can sit in any of our 17 offices across the Northeast

in MA, CT, ME, NY, RI, or NH in our hybrid work model.

Our marketing teamOur growing marketing team includes 11 professionals in operations, proposals, and communications.Our specialists work with subject matter experts throughout the organization, making an impact in pursuit strategy and supporting our visual and communication branding initiatives across multiple platforms.The team supports one another across career tracks, celebrates personal milestones, and recognizes individuals for their contributions. What will you be doing as the Marketing Communications Manager?You will bring your communication expertise and play a pivotal role in helping to amplify our brand recognition, ensuring a consistent visual brand in the marketplace that reflects our employee-owned culture and reputation of excellent technical expertise and client service. You will be responsible for development and execution of the communications areas of the annual marketing plan, such as social media campaigns, thought leadership, content calendar, media outreach, advertisements, printed collateral (brochures, event materials, and digital messaging. You will also oversee Tighe & Bond's visual brand, including keeping our brand guidelines up to date, and partner with a variety of stakeholders. In this role, you will mentor and develop a team of Communications Specialists, as well as serve as an important individual contributor in developing marketing materials and messaging.

What do you need as the Marketing Communications Manager?You will bring leadership experience and a strong understanding of professional services and ideally the architecture, engineering, and construction (AEC) industry, as well as best practices outside the industry, and hold a degree in communications, public relations, marketing, or a related field. An ideal candidate will have a strong visual, graphics, and creative background. You will need to have strong visual communications and graphic design / art direction experience, think creatively, have excellent problem solving and project management skills, and the ability to work in a cross-functional way across the business and with a variety of different leaders and team members. Ideal candidates with have both supervisory experience, as well as experience managing third-party consultants.

Individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors; the salary range for this position is typically $95,000 - $130,000.As an employee-owned company, we also offer generous year-end bonuses and robust deferred income benefits to help you build wealth through our matching 401(k), ESOP, and annual profit sharing.
