JOB DESCRIPTION:

Responsibilities

Serve as a marketing support liaison between the Maaco brand team and franchisees, building relationships and helping drive franchisee business forwardHelp educate franchisees on how we develop comprehensive marketing and media plans to drive sales growthAbility to articulate in both oral and written communications, with the interpretive/analytical skills to convert charts, graphs and research findings into a story appropriate for franchise owner and employee audiencesResponsible for direct oversight and development of 2-4 direct reportsProvide educational support to franchisees on the importance of additional local marketing - building and executing additional local media investment for franchisees that integrates, but doesn't compete, with the national planAnalyze business performance at the franchisee, regional, and national level - leveraging data to inform franchisees on the current state of their business relative to the marketing performanceLead marketing innovation projects that are intended for a resource and educational piece for the franchisee.Host communication with DMAs and one to one with franchisees across the system to communicate marketing performance and media plansWork closely with operations managers in the specific regions to ensure all centers have appropriate information on marketing and media plansPartner with operations managers to provide any necessary data or metrics to improve business performance on a local level

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, advertising, or customer relations preferred.2 - 3 years of marketing experience; franchise or client facing relations strongly preferredStrong marketing background with a focus on critical thinking and marketing strategyProficient and passionate problem-solverStrong project and time management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects at one timeAbility to engage in candid and constructive dialogue with franchisees, navigating difficult conversations with empathy and professionalismSelf-starter that excels in a performance-driven environment is detailed oriented and can thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environmentStrong written and verbal communication skillsStrong Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) skillsAbility to translate data into comprehendible storytelling for a franchisee and/or leadershipStrong understanding of digital media across paid search, paid social, programmatic and CTVCollaborative working style to interface with marketing team, partners and senior leadershipAbility to create and deliver presentations to franchisees and senior level management
