Role Overview:

This person will be responsible for helping to build the marketing strategy, creating marketing plan & budget and executing the plan across all channels - Trade (On & Off Premise), Media, Events & PR.

Responsibilities:

- Support the marketing team to develop, execute and implement a forward-thinking, consumer brand marketing strategy, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and objectives.

- Support the execution of marketing programs and activations across various markets and channels to enhance brand awareness and drive sales.

- Develop compelling presentations to effectively communicate the brand proposition to key stakeholders such as distributors, and key accounts.

- Schedule all execution deadlines and deliverables for each activation within the launch plan.

- Implement all of the programmatic elements of the pre and post launch plan including but not limited to:

- Social Media planning and scheduling, oversee the execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital advertising and OOH.

- Field marketing representatives brand training (designing training tools coordinating virtual and in-person trainings, vetting field marketing candidates), brand messaging tools and timelines.

- Develop/implement CRM content for newsletters, original content, email and content marketing.

- Identify and confirm key market partners to execute timely target consumer relevant activations and programming.

- Track Key Off and On Premise account partnerships and supporting programming (calendar samplings and tasting, assign field marketing liaisons to execute events)

- Provide guidance to creative agencies to design and produce high-quality POS materials and brand assets that elevate consumer engagement.

- POS inventory allocation and overall management by market.

- Develop influencer gifting program including curating and managing full list of influencers

- Develop and manage list of key tactical programming partners (content and event support contractors)

- Manage the development of marketing content and collateral, ensuring they align with brand guidelines and resonate with the target audience.

- Maintain a keen awareness to Conduct market research to identify trends, segment and target ideal customer profiles, articulate competitive advantage, and potential growth opportunities to inform strategic decisions.

- Utilize data analytics and insights to measure and track performance, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven recommendations.

- Monthly reporting, tracking and recapping of activations as planned.

- Keeping all project management tools up to date for full team access

Qualifications:

- Associate degree required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.

- Must be 21 years or older.

- 3-5 years of demonstrated marketing experience in the spirit's sector, preferably in the luxury consumer goods or U.S. wines and spirits industries.

- Understanding of marketing strategy development & implementation.

- Strong marketing skills: strategy, advertising communications development and creative development.

- Background in hospitality, sales, ideally beverage alcohol.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications Excel, Word, Power Point, Adobe; Working knowledge of CRM software platforms

- Physical ability to lift and move cases of product frequently, coupled with comfort in various tasks such as bending, squatting, crouching, reaching, climbing, kneeling, and stooping for arranging and displaying point of sale.

- Flexibility in availability to work weekends and holidays, as needed. Available to work some evenings and weekends as required for events and promotions.
