Work promotional, marketing, and community engagement eventsSupport the creative team by providing social media contentGraphic design, photography, and videographyCreate marketing and promotional graphicsProspecting and creating new business and client relationshipsMaking a large volume of outgoing callsIs always high-energy (even at 5 am & 5 pm)Is great at talking with people and building rapportIsn't afraid to answer the phone & talk to strangersYou will be someone who is

D1 Training is in need of a high-energy, enthusiastic person to WIN GAMES in our Marketing Role. This position involves community marketing, partnerships, prospecting/list-building, Social Media Marketing, Organic ad creation, Graphic design, and promoting D1 services in YOUR community
Must be a self-motivated, team-oriented person with a passion for sports/fitness who can create ANYTHING. Marketing/Event Planning experience is preferred, but not mandatory
Compensation:
Base + monthly competitions/awards + performance-based bonuses
Base Range:
$20-$30/hr
Schedule:
Part-time

At D1 Training, we inspire and motivate athletes to reach their goals. At D1, we believe in training the entire body as a unit to produce optimal human performance. No gimmicks, no fads; we utilize trusted and proven training techniques used to build the world's best athletes and deliver the, in age-appropriate programs led by our expert coaches. Nothing at D1 is random. Every workout, every day follows a strategic 8-week training cycle that is meticulously planned and backed by sports science. What began as training solely for the aspiring youth athlete, matured into fitness training for adults as well. With all who participate in the D1 training process moving aggressively towards their goals.
