LHH Recruitment Solutions is working with a manufacturer of consumer products who is looking to hire a Product Marketing Manager with global product experience. In this role, youll be responsible for leading the development of groundbreaking and imaginative products that deliver growth for the brand.
Required Skills:
3+ years of product and innovation management experience.Experience in smart products (IoT is a plus), durable goods or plug-in or power devices.Global product experience is required.
Responsibilities:
Manage and lead the product development process across concept, development and launch. Partnering with cross-functional teams and suppliers to ensure success launch in the marketplace.Develop bold, consumer-friendly claims that differentiate the superiority of products against competitors, demonstrating the ability to navigate regulatory and claims nuisances.Identify opportunities to propose app enhancements to elevate smart product experiences.Spearhead app roadmap, driving resources alignment with IoT, IT and DTC teams.Implement KPI metrics to measure app features and success.Own the product-level P&Ls to ensure growth is sustainable and profitable.Anticipate obstacles, elevate issues and strategize solutions to complex problems that may arise during development to ensure projects are delivered on-time and on spec.Strong collaborative working style and an enthusiasm for making connections with consumers and colleagues.Stay connected with local markets and needs, being capable of assessing global competitive landscape and consumer trends to inform a streamlined future innovation plan.Assess category performance over time and make recommendations for continued optimization.
Other Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in marketing or related field.Ability to demonstrate a strong sense of ownership and growth mindset with the desire to defy expectations and make the impossible, possible.Exceptional project management and organizational skills.Strong leadership qualities to shepherd multifunctional teams from concept to launch.Positive and proactive team player with the ability to build positive and productive working relationships with many stakeholders in the U.S. and overseas.Ability to manage several projects simultaneously and thoughtfully prioritize tasks while maintaining uncompromising quality to drive results.Highly detail oriented to ensure quality of products and communication.Creative problem-solver who demonstrates curiosity and strives for constant improvement.Passion for, and understanding of, consumer behavior and market trends.Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills.High level of independence and resourcefulness.Mandarin Chinese speaking is a plus, but not required.
Pay Details:
$80,000.00 to $115,000.00 per year
