Job Summary

Project management of all marketing initiatives, management of incoming marketing requests and documentation of Marketing processes.

Job Responsibilities

Project Coordination:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (such as marketing, design, content, and development) to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, miMilestones, and resource allocation.Monitor project progress, identify potential roadblocks, and proactively address issues to keep projects on track.Facilitate effective communication among team members and stakeholders.Traffic Management:

Manage the flow of marketing requests and projects through various stages (concept, design, production, and delivery).Prioritize tasks based on deadlines, resource availability, and project dependencies.Ensure timely delivery of assets, campaigns, and materials.Implement efficient workflows to optimize project throughput.Process Documentation:

Create and maintain comprehensive process documentation for marketing activities.Standardize procedures related to campaign execution, content creation, and promotional events.Identify areas for process improvement and propose solutions.Train team members on established processes and best practices.Stakeholder Engagement:

Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders (marketing managers, creative teams, product managers, etc.) to align project goals with overall business objectives.Communicate project updates, risks, and successes to senior management.Foster positive relationships with external partners, agencies, and vendors.Quality Assurance:

Ensure the accuracy and quality of marketing materials, campaigns, and deliverables.Conduct thorough reviews to maintain brand consistency and adherence to guidelines.Implement feedback loops to continuously improve project outcomes.Education Requirements

Minimum:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or related fieldTraining in the use of common project management software is required.Preferred: Specific experience with Asana

Experience Requirements

Minimum:

Five (5) years of marketing project management experienceExperience with project management theory and best practices is crucial. Familiarity with project lifecycles, resource allocation, risk management, and scheduling ensures effective project execution.License/Certification Requirements

Preferred: PMP certification
