We're looking for employees who get excited about pioneering novel solutions to new, complex challenges.ResponsibilitiesPartner with Sales and Technology teams to ensure marketing collateral, proposals, and other key artifacts have consistent branding and messaging.Support the development and execution of marketing campaigns and webinars, with internal stakeholders and external partners.Assist in planning and organizing conference logistics, including coordinating travel arrangements and accommodations for employees who will be presenting.Write compelling marketing copy for social media posts, with a focus on LinkedIn, to promote the company's products and services.Build out blog on website using existing content; Stand up initial SEO effortsPrimary Qualifications7+ years of practical marketing experienceExcellent writing and communication skills, with a strong attention to detail.Experience in event planning or coordination, particularly in managing logistics for conferences or trade shows.Proficient in using basic design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite or Canva, to create visually appealing marketing materials.Familiarity with social media platforms, especially LinkedIn, and understanding of best practices for writing engaging copy.Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with the capability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.DifferentiatorsPrevious experience in copywriting, content creation, or social media management.Knowledge of SEO principles and strategies to optimize content for search engines.Understanding of analytics tools, such as Google Analytics or social media analytics, to measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts.Demonstrated creativity and ability to think outside the box in developing marketing campaigns and materials.Experience with sales operations and CRM configurationLocationThis role is offered as a fully remote or hybrid position based out of our Sterling, VA office.SalaryThe base salary range for this position is between $85,000-100,000 and varies based on experience.BenefitsWe understand the value of such people, reward them accordingly, and provide best-in-class benefits to support them and their family’s well-being.
