Responsibilities
Create clear and concise technical documentation for our PaaS/SaaS product offeringCollaborate closely with development to understand and effectively communicate product featuresUse clear and accessible language to translate technical concepts into easily understandable content for end usersCollaborate with subject matter experts to ensure the accuracy and relevance of documentationDevelop clear and concise technical documentation: Author pitch decks, knowledge base articles, and solution guidesCreate tailored pitch decks, white papers, case studies, solution briefs, and one-pagers to support our sales team
Qualifications
5+ years of proven experience in technical writing, with a strong focus on cloud-based products and solutionsDemonstrated understanding of Cloud solutions, including key products, services, and competitive differentiationHands on experience with documentation pertaining to Cloud Infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure)Production experience working on technical doc's pertaining to CI/CD tool, Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, etc.Demonstrated ability working in a startup environment, managing multiple projects and wearing various hats.Strong grasp on engineering fundamentals + concepts; API's, Microservices, Architecture, etc.
