The Associate Marketing Manager is the execution partner to the Sr. Marketing Manager working on established powerhouse brands like Marvel, Star Wars, Squishmallows, & Hello Kitty and Friends. This role has a unique opportunity to meld creative and analyticalskills to provide day-to-day guided tactical and strategy support, research, and insights for Jazwares global marketing campaigns.
What you will do:
In partnership with the Sr. Marketing Manager, guide marketing campaigns development process and help develop core marketing campaign strategies.Assist in the creation of marketing briefs and presentation materials.Coordinatecreative and media agency deliverables with Sr. Marketing Manager.Work closely with the Social Team to engage with fans and ideateand createcontent for platforms like TikTok and Instagram.Collaborate on planning and development of brand assets and other marketing collateral for digital marketing campaigns, events, social media, and more.Develop project timelines, and track projects/escalate blockers as needed.Manage final creative asset uploads and cross-functional routing.Liaise with finance and legal on invoice processing and projectsignoffs.Liaise with Brand, Project Management, and Procurement teams on product sample requesting and processing.Provide Marketing Research support. Responsibilities includeconsistentlyreviewing industry trends, pop culture and entertainment happenings, sales data, and consumer behaviors. Report findings in applicable meetings and apply them to campaign strategies.Manage Influencer activities including identifying potential partners, outreach, and campaign development.Partner with Brand team to communicate marketing plans and materials to Licensors.Manages People: No
What you will do:
Must be able to problem solve and create a plan to reach the goal.Strong verbal and written communication skills. Solid proficiency in MS Office, G Suite. Advanced PowerPoint or Keynote presentation a plus.Highly organized and efficient. Ability to thrive in a high-pressure and time-sensitive environment. Easily adapt to shifts in priorities.Creative thinking. Content creation and copywriting skills are a plus!Familiarity with digital marketing tactics, planning & reporting.Ability to work effectively across different teams, departments, and third parties.Must be familiar with social media and FTC best practices. Knowledge of CARU and COPPA guidelines is a plus!Bachelors degree in related field preferred2-5 years of experience in marketing.
