Job Summary/Company :
Do you thrive on crafting compelling stories and executing strategic marketing campaigns? Sparks Group has partnered with a Financial Services company Located in Midtown New York city. Together We're seeking a talented Marketing and communications Manager to join our newly integrated Marketing & Communications team. You'll develop and execute marketing initiatives across all channels (social media, events, print, digital) to promote our brand and products within the dynamic payments industry.
Responsibilities :
Collaborate with marketing and design teams to create impactful marketing materials and graphic assets.Develop messaging and positioning for marketing, product, and sales materials, spanning high-level branding initiatives to specific value propositions and go-to-market strategies.Ensure consistent delivery of value proposition and messaging frameworks across various markets and segments for new products, core products, and advocacy initiatives.Drive social media strategy and execution.Work with cross-functional teams to create content for social media, email marketing, blogs, presentations, whitepapers, case studies, videos, podcasts, and webinars, aligning with business goals.Write, track, and measure internal communications initiatives.Stay informed about current marketing and communications trends and practices, including tracking campaign performance, providing actionable insights, and conducting research and competitive analysis.Use insights, data, and statistical analyses to drive marketing decisions and optimize campaigns
Qualifications/Background Profile
Bachelor's degree, in Marketing Communications, or a related field.Master's degree preferred.5-7 years of marketing & communications experienceExperience in the banking or payment industryFamiliarity with Salesforce, SharePoint & website developmentDemonstrated experience with social media management tools (Hootsuite, Hubspot etc.)

This job is Hybrid Remote.
Pay Range: Salary $90,000.00 to $135,000.00
