Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Maintains a fun and enthusiastic atmosphere on the casino floor while providing the highest level of customer service to all guests by responding promptly, pleasantly and accurately to all questions and inquiries and ensuring all customers have the best customer experience as follows:
1. Develops and maintains effective working relationship and uses good customer service skills with all customers and employees.
2. Responds to all questions from guests promptly and accurately, providing personal attention which includes but is not limited to ensuring they are comfortable, providing food and beverage, change, and other needs for a satisfying experience while visiting the casino.
3. Promotes and performs customer sign-up for Player's Club cards.
4. Interacts with as many customers as possible during an assigned work shift and becomes familiar with customers. Develops positive relationships with all guests and promotes all gaming activity in general, and in particular, is knowledgeable regarding all slot machine pay-outs and operation and slot club membership.
5.Uses PA system to make enthusiastic announcements to guests.
6. Acts, when necessary, as backup to casino staff assisting various departments as needed explaining gaming rules, verfication of winnings, and assists with Player's Club functions as needed.
7. Updates Marketing TV's throughout the casino.
8. Resposible for ensuring that ALL Marketing signage is correct and up to date.
9. Becomes familir with the Synkros Gaming Management System, including updating customer addresses from returned mail and removal/updating of customer email addresses.
10. Enthusiastically executes promotional drawings.
11. Write promotion rules with the assistance of the Marketing Director.
12. Proficient at proofing marketing collateral.
13. Performs all duties in compliance with the Colorado Limited Gaming Act, internal policies and procedures, and Colorado Limited Gaming Regulations.
14. Performs other duties and projects as needed.
$17+ per hour based on experience; Must be available to work Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays.
