Responsibilities You will analyze and execute functional lines of effort pertaining to the manning, training, equipping and facilities for Cyber Operations. You will participate in and inform operational process which may require leveraging cyberspace operations effects in support of the MAGTFTC Campaign Plan. You will perform research and analysis of National, DoD, Navy and Marine Corps Cyberspace Operations doctrine and provides recommendations on methods to enhance the coordination and de-confliction of Cyberspace operations with in MAGTFTC. You will advise the commander on any supported Cyberspace Operations Plans, orders or annexes that relate to and may affect the MAGTFTC mission . Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications GS-11 Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: develop training environments that integrate cyberspace operations from joint forces to the tactical (regiment) level, both defensive cyberspace operations (DCO) and offensive cyberspace operations (CO); Coordinates with action officers and participates in the development of operational training exercise scenarios to ensure synchronization of planning efforts and conformity of plans. GS-12 Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: develop training environments that integrate cyberspace operations from joint forces to the tactical (regiment) level, both defensive cyberspace operations (DCO) and offensive cyberspace operations (CO); Coordinates with action officers and participates in the development of operational training exercise scenarios to ensure synchronization of planning efforts and conformity of plans. Recommends proposed training exercise scenario events for inclusion in the Mission Essential Task List (METL). Education GS-11 In lieu of specialized experience listed in the Qualifications section, applicants may qualify based on education as follows: Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree or 3 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree or LL.M., if related Additional Information This position is covered by the Department of Defense Priority Placement Program.
