Job Summary

Galapagos Federal Systems LLC is looking for an enthusiastic, well-qualified individual to fill the Space Warfighting and Space Force Design Integration Analyst SME position within the Space Warfighting Analysis Center's (SWAC) Force Design Integration Office (FDIO) and to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals. This position is conditional on winning the award in Colorado Springs, Colorado.

The ideal candidate will need a profound comprehension of strategic directives, operational scenarios, and the intricacies of warfighting concepts, enabling them to contribute effectively to SWAC analysis across various classification levels. You will directly influence critical USSF decisions, shaping resource allocation, policy formulation, and operational strategies. We require someone with a comprehensive understanding of space capabilities, coupled with a keen awareness of industry trends and best practices, to ease seamless integration into joint operations.

Your responsibilities will encompass translating USSF capabilities into a joint operational context, fostering collaborative efforts and ensuring alignment with overarching goals. You will be instrumental in crafting Force Designs across multiple classification levels on a recurring basis, leveraging your ability to distill complex analysis into actionable insights. Additionally, your liaison with the acquisition community will be vital in clarifying requirements and facilitating effective implementation.

Physical Requirements

Work may involve sitting or standing for extended periods of time and typing and reading from a computer screen. The candidate must have enough mobility, including bending, reaching, and kneeling, to complete daily duties in a prompt and efficient manner and that may include lifting to thirty pounds, as necessary.
