JOB DESCRIPTIONChubb is seeking a Vice President, Marketing & Communications to lead marketing efforts for Chubb's growing North America Commercial Insurance middle market business, which represents over $9 Billion Gross Written Premium, as well as our world-class risk engineering services.The Vice President, Marketing & Communications, North America Commercial Insurance will be responsible for developing high-impact marketing and communication campaigns (both traditional and digital), thought leadership, executive presentations, events and more to drive greater brand awareness, enhance customer engagement, and ultimately influence growth, retention and cross sell/upsell of Chubb's middle market products and services.The ideal person for this role will be passionate about B2B marketing and will have a track record of producing measurable business results across the entire user journey. They will have experience leveraging digital channels, owned and earned media and will be able to connect channel activity to outcomes. They will be able to manage and own the product portfolio strategy and oversee the performance of multiple campaigns across a variety of goals for B2B and B2B2B. They work well with multiple stakeholders and can manage and inspire a team to deliver high quality work in a fast-paced and always evolving environment.This role operates on a hybrid schedule (3 days in office, 2 days remote) in Whitehouse Station, NJ.Position Objectives/ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute key campaigns and thought leadership that drive greater interaction with both prospective middle market companies, current clients and agents/brokersBuild annual plan that drives key marketing and communications strategies that align with Chubb's Commercial Insurance business growth objectivesDevelop best in class marketing and communication materials, including, but not limited to:Executive communicationsDigital marketing campaigns (including email journeys)Marketing materials (digital and print)Website copyVideo scriptsSocial mediaMedia interviewsStrategic playbooksEvent materialsLead and inspire a small team to produce the greatest results for the Commercial Insurance businessServe as a liaison to the Global branding team to ensure "Chubb Style" is implemented across NA marketing and communicationsContinuously measure, monitor and analyze the effectiveness of campaigns, sharing results and learnings with internal stakeholders and making improvements accordinglyReporting RelationshipsThis position reports to the Head of North America Commercial Communications.QUALIFICATIONS12ABOUT USChubb is a world leader in insurance.
