Job Details:We are currently seeking a dynamic and highly-experienced Permanent Media Supervisor to join our fast-paced marketing team. This is an incredible opportunity for an individual with a strong background in media optimization, seeking to leverage their skills in a dynamic and innovative environment. Our ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role. As a Permanent Media Supervisor, you will play a critical role in shaping and executing our media strategy, ensuring our campaigns reach the right audience at the right time, and on the right platforms.

Responsibilities:The Permanent Media Supervisor will have the following key responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement innovative media strategies that align with business objectives and target audience.2. Supervise and manage the media team to ensure effective execution of campaigns.3. Optimize media buying and planning across multiple platforms, including digital, print, and broadcast.4. Analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies as needed to maximize ROI.5. Negotiate with media vendors to secure advantageous terms and placements.6. Collaborate with other departments, such as creative and analytics, to ensure integrated campaign execution.7. Stay current with the latest media trends and technologies, and incorporate these into strategies where appropriate.8. Prepare and present performance reports to senior management, highlighting successes, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.

Qualifications:The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field. A Master’s degree would be considered an asset.2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in media planning, buying, or a related role, with a strong focus on media optimization.3. Proven track record of developing and implementing successful media strategies.4. Strong understanding of media platforms, including digital, print, and broadcast.5. Excellent negotiation skills, with a proven ability to secure advantageous media placements.6. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret campaign performance data and adjust strategies accordingly.7. Excellent leadership skills, with a proven ability to manage and motivate a team.8. Strong communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.9. Up-to-date knowledge of the latest media trends and technologies.10. Proficiency in media planning and analytics tools.11. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.12. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
