Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Marketing Development: Craft detailed marketing plans (monthly, quarterly, and annually) in collaboration with both internal and external marketing teams.Customer Engagement: Enhance the customer experience through targeted segmentation, advanced marketing automation, and personalized engagement strategies.Content Oversight: Direct our communication efforts, including the management of newsletters and social media.ROI Analysis: Evaluate the effectiveness of our marketing campaigns and refine strategies based on performance data.Campaign Management: Lead traditional marketing initiatives such as print, events, and public relations to enhance our brand visibility.Market Research: Continuously analyze market trends to inform and adapt our marketing strategies.Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget to maximize impact and achieve strong return on investment.Collaboration and Reporting: Foster strong relationships with team members and partners, providing regular updates on campaign progress and insights.

Required Experience and Skills:

A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.At least 5 years of experience in a marketing role with proven experience in integrated marketing strategy development and execution.Experience in the healthcare, fertility, or related industry is required.Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and techniques, including content management, social media, SEO, and analytics.Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.Ability to think creatively and innovate.Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
