B2B Omni-channel Marketing Manager

Crawford Group (www.crawfordgroup.com) is seeking a seasoned B2B Omnichannel Marketing Manager for an assignment with our Fintech customer. The person selected for this role will develop the strategy, create plans, and have a hands-on role in implementing the plan to drive higher conversion rates for their marketable universe in concert with other functional marketing team members. This is a part-time, 20-hours per week role.

Responsibilities:
Understand the customer's marketable universe
Lead the development of an omnichannel marketing strategy to drive customers and prospects through the awareness to revenue pipeline using an account-based marketing and sales model
Collaborate with other marketing functions and agencies to create an integrated omnichannel marketing plan
Leverage digital marketing, paid and organic social media, events, webinars, thought leadership, web, PR, and content creation strategies as part of the marketing plan
Create a marketing and sales lead and scoring strategy, and process to optimize the customer journey in collaboration with other marketing functions
Develop a campaign targeting strategy and plan in partnership with the sales team
Create and track a marketing performance strategy, goals, and success metrics for the omni-channel marketing plan
Drive the demand generation and campaign strategy, including campaign ideation, promotion planning, execution, and measurement
Develop a data-backed report that provides insights and recommendations for optimizing the omnichannel plan, process, and execution to improve awareness, and acquisition, accelerate lead conversion, and drive the sales pipeline
Participate actively in a high-performing, data-driven marketing culture, testing and learning quickly
Monitor and analyze industry trends and customer behaviors to optimize marketing programs and identify new opportunities
Lead engagement with specific agencies and vendors to execute the marketing plan as required
Project management of campaigns - Utilize project management tools and methodologies to track progress, identify and mitigate risks, and ensure all project deliverables are metQualifications:
7+ years of experience in B2B and/or B2C marketing in the financial technology or financial services industry
Expert experience with Marketo and Salesforce
Proven success in converting a marketable universe
In-depth understanding of integrated marketing, omnichannel campaigns, account-based marketing, and go-to-market strategies
Proven track record of developing successful marketing strategies, planning, and execution of omnichannel marketing programs with cross-functional teams
Experience in targeted segmentation and buyer personas to drive tailored marketing strategies and content and optimize customer engagement
Proven expertise in building effective lead-scoring models
Demonstrated ability to develop performance analytics with the ability to analyze qualified leads, SQLs, and current opportunities and translate data insights into actionable recommendations
Proven experience in enabling the Sales Development Representative (SDR) function by enhancing lead generation and sales effectiveness
Ability to collaborate with a highly integrated marketing team and experience representing Marketing in cross-functional collaboration with Product and external agencies
Practiced at wearing multiple hats in a small team environment
Collaborative leader with exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Strong project management skills
Data-driven, creative thinker with an affinity for fast-paced work environments
Experience working with LATAM teams is a plus
