PRIMARY JOB FUNCTIONS

1. Serves as a resource and assists the Marketing and Advertising Manager with marketing strategy planning as well as input into marketing and operational projects related to social media.

2. Implement, track and report social media campaigns and events that align with marketing goals and strategies.3. Create, write, edit photo and video content, and oversees Commerce Casino social media handles. Responsible for posting and replying to comments and messages in a timely manner.4. Act as the voice of our brand and manage all community communications, messaging, image and video content for all company social media accounts according to brand standards.5. Facilitate and monitor all social networking conversations. Report on feedback and online reviews. Ensure responses are addressed within a timely manner.6. Coordinate influencer relationships to elevate brand, increase company awareness and visitation.7. Establishes an effective working relationship with all operating departments.8. Maintains relationships with agencies and external vendors.9. Understands and follows departmental and Company policies and procedures.10. Responds to guest inquiries via phone, e-mail or social media in a timely fashion.11. Consistently demonstrates superior customer service skills.12. Generate necessary purchase orders, check requests and support material to ensure invoices are paid.13. Performs all other duties as assigned by Marketing and Advertising Manager.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

1. Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business or related field.2. Three (3) to Five (5) years' experience in a major Casino Gaming or Resort environment with work experience in e-mail and database marketing.

1. Must have strong leadership, organizational, communication, human relations, and decision-making skills.2. Must be organized and detail oriented.3. Exceptional service attitude and superior people skills.4. Must have public speaking experience.5. Self-starter with a strong sense of urgency in tackling challenges.6. High level of professionalism.7. Ability to work calmly in difficult, high-pressure and high-stress situations.8. Must be able and willing to work a flexible schedule, to include evenings, weekends and holidays.9. Possess a valid state-issued driver's license.10. Willing to travel and participate in training as recommended or required.11. Must have a Gaming License (or the ability to obtain and maintain a license) as a requirement for this position.
