Essential Functions:Because HCF exists to care for our residents,regular attendance and punctuality are essential to provide quality careCommitment to HCF Family of Companies Vision,Values, and PurposeMust be in good physical condition as theposition requires the ability to stand on one's feet throughout the day, aswell as, push, pull, move and/or lift repetitively a minimum of 10 pounds up togreater than 50 pounds occasionallyMust be able to complete performancerequirements independently while using good judgment as well as have theability to harmoniously work with othersLeadership ability to take action and achieveresults through othersMust be able toread, write and understand the English languagePosition Responsibilities:Create content and manage an ongoing social media content calendarfor platforms including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and othersTrack target digital analytics and metrics at a campaign level andtoward overall business goalsSchedule Facebook postings through FacebookBusiness SuiteServe as the designated team member who ensures digital mediacontent (web, email, social media, and advertising) is tagged to applicableinitiatives for overall tracking purposesServe as the designated point person for HCF on digital reportingtemplates and informationProactively monitor social media accounts for risks and opportunitiesto engage the publicDevelop innovative and creative media content using Adobe CreativeCloudCreate video content by participating in location visits to filmthe project, and completing videoediting with Adobe Premiere Pro for a professional resultReport to marketing director and collaborate with graphic designerto ensure a cohesive social media identityPropose creative strategy in collaboration with BusinessDevelopment teams and other HCF Family of Company TeamsCreate and maintain relevant social media accounts such as GoogleMy Business,Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and our websitesSetup daily tasks and activity for all socialmedia outletsCreate and track social media ads relating tomarketing and hiring needsPrepare and submit social advertising billingstatements to Corporate Director - Business DevelopmentKeep track of social media trends and competitionDeliver monthly reports with statistics and results for eachaccountExecute maintenance work on social media properties and accounts -updating cover images, bios, links, etcProactively share issues, observations, opportunities, and insightsbased on social media monitoringStay informed of trending topics and social media trends toleverage and/or communicate accordinglyAssists Corporate Director - BusinessDevelopment with market data collection, copying, and other administrative dutiesas necessaryAssists with marketing functions at communityevents such as open houses, etcAssists in keeping content of care communitywebsites current and relevantAssumes responsibility for maintaining his/herprofessional competenceAll other duties as assignedKnowledge Skills and Abilities:Graduation from an Associate'sdegree program in Digital Multimedia Design, Digital Media Technology, Marketingand/or other business related discipline.
