Overview:

Seeking a candidate with 5-10 years of experience in providing AV setup/breakdown and operational support for live onsite events and productions, as well as maintaining AV infrastructure equipment.

Responsibilities:Work closely with onsite event planners to provide AV support for various eventsServe as the AV technical liaison to procure and satisfy client requirementsCoordinate coverage for events with team membersMaintain and operate the AV head-end control roomTroubleshoot and address any AV operational issuesProvide documentation for AV equipment and systemsOversee and maintain all conference rooms to ensure proper operation of AV equipmentRecommend and implement upgrades when appropriateWork closely with the Technical Operations Director to convey project status and ensure proper AV coverage for all events and conference roomsAssist Opening/Closing bell ceremony directors to ensure A/V signage components are functional

Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical discipline or equivalent work experience and formal trainingExperience working in a real-time environmentMust be able to work beyond normal business hours and various shiftsMust be detail-oriented and able to multitaskComfortable with PC hardware and standard Microsoft Office applicationsExtron, Crestron, Lutron, Biamp, Shure, Digital Signage, Polycom knowledge/experience is a plus
