IT Engineer (Application Engineer - Content Manager)

Responsibilities• Responsible for Tagging of Legal Documents in IBM Content Manager• Serve as a POC for BU's that request Legal Hold for documents and provide required updates• Provide Support for ECM system components, or modifications to existing components• Perform tasks and assignments in support of business needs for IBM Content Manager and IBM Content Navigator• Perform required research, deployment, and configuration for existing and modified ECM systems• Present clear, organized and concise information to all audiences for effective business decisions• Must be willing to provide rotating 24x7 On Call Support• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications MUST HAVE• Prior working Knowledge for IBM Content Manager and IBM Content Navigator• Familiarity with Java, Javascript, CSS to help support the SME for ICN• Effective skill exercising initiative and using good judgment to make sound decisions• Effective verbal and written communication skills• Effective research, analytical, and problem-solving skills• Familiarity with DB2 Databases and query authoring• Effective Mainframe and DB2 database skills• Familiarity with ServiceNow request, incident, change, and VUL modules• Effective skill maintaining accuracy with attention to detail and meeting deadlines• Willingness to be a self-starter and eagerness to learn new technologies
