Entry Level/Intern Marketing Associate

West Central Equipment is the John Deere Agriculture and Turf Equipment Dealership in Central and Western Pennsylvania. We sell, service and supply parts for John Deere tractors, skid steers, ag equipment, lawn & garden mowers, zero-turn mowers, Gator utility vehicles, implements and related equipment. We are currently looking for a full-time, entry-level/Intern Marketing Associate to work at our New Alexandria store.PurposeSupports the Sales & Marketing Departments by helping to support the company’s multi-pronged approach to marketing and advertising. ResponsibilitiesManages and regularly posts on company’s social media platforms (Facebook, Tik-Tok, YouTube, & Twitter)Works with company’s ad agency to manage co-op advertising budget and develop, create and measure success of our various advertising campaignsProvides website and e-commerce design and creationRegularly tracks performance on Google Analytics and searches for areas in need of improvement (i.e. decreasing bounce rate)Helps to plan and coordinate logistics communications, and activities for sales events, customer events, meetings, and/or focus groupsProvides support for customer events including manning booths/displaysProvides graphic design help with various flyers, mailers, stickers, key chains, price tags, social media, website, Loop TVs, etc.Helps with filming and editing various company-produced videosActs as a liaison for all media and advertising relationshipsWorks within company’s CRM tool to identify, sort, and organize customer data in order to hep target specific audiences with specific messagingHelps to develop and execute email marketing campaignsHelps to develop and execute SMS campaignsHelps with phone answering and entertaining sales floor customers until a salesman frees up Experience, Education, Skills And Knowledge Experience in graphic design preferredExperience with video editing preferredAbility to collaborate and communicate effectively including on Microsoft TeamsAbility to use a CRM application
