ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Legacy Building Solutions is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist who will play an integral role in growing our innovative brand and assist our sales team at events and with various marketing & presentation requests. This person will love teamwork but enjoys working independently and collaborating with multiple roles and cross functional teams. We're looking for a versatile and tech savvy individual who enjoys both traditional marketing communications, event planning, and ever evolving marketing & sales trends, CRM strategies and inbound marketing. JOB REQUIREMENTS

Work with the Marketing Manager to develop marketing & communication projects with execution strategies and concepts that align with overall budgetCollaborate with marketing and sales team members for various projects and marketing initiatives, gather content, and data as neededAssist in the development of marketing automation, inbound marketing campaigns, content strategies & inbound lead generation tacticsImplement email marketing campaignsSEO and SEM management, keyword analysis, trends and optimizationPaid media strategy (Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn)Research advertising trends and decide on appropriate ad placementConduct market research to find answers about consumer requirements, habits and trends, and competitor analysisBrainstorm and assist in developing ideas for creative marketing campaignsAct as a sales team liaison for distributing information to the sales team regarding marketing and PR activity, photos, videos, and marketing assetsCreate sales presentations with a high level of quality and appearance, print, bind, and ship as neededUndertake individual tasks of a marketing planDevelop projects to create content that align with the marketing strategyCoordinate and lead video and photography shoots, shot lists, etc.Lead event planning and coordinate trade shows, marketing & promotion surrounding shows, team attendance, travel, sponsorship, shipping, promotion of show attendance, post-show wrap up, show budgets, and create & distribute agendas, etc. Lead overall communication between marketing and sales regarding all show detailsAssist in updating and maintaining the company website, backlinks, and general CRM maintenanceAssist in the development and maintenance of social media presenceContribute to organizational effectiveness by maintaining marketing, media, and event calendars and supporting schedules, internal newsletter and office screen projectionCreate and distribute marketing & sales reports, assist in budget tracking and invoicingEXPERIENCE

Degree in Marketing, Communications, or Advertising3-5+ years of experience in the marketing and communication industrySKILLS REQUIRED
