Our E-Commerce team is seeking an experienced
UX/UI Designer . In this newly-created role, you will be responsible for the UX/UI strategy and execution across our digital platforms, focusing primarily on our to-the-trade website, to deliver a best-in-class customer experience.
In This RoleLeverage data and insights to understand the needs and behaviors of each of our customer segments to help create an optimal digital shopping experienceWork cross-functionally with teams to understand customer challenges and design solutions to mitigate those challengesDevelop user flows and wireframes to support website enhancementsWork with the Creative Services team to guide translation of wireframes to designCollaborate closely with Web Developers throughout the development process to bring designs to lifeManage and maintain our digital design systemStay abreast of technological advancements and best practices to maintain a best-in-class e-commerce experienceThe Ideal Person
5-8 years designing and delivering best-in-class digital user experiences as a UX DesignerExcited by the potential of helping further define a role that has never been filled at Four HandsMotivated self-starter who can thrive and succeed in an entrepreneurial environment and not be hindered by ambiguity or competing prioritiesUnderstands the importance of partnering with Developers to bring experiences to lifeProficient in Figma; JIRA experience a plusStrong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills with an ability to influenceProven track record of prioritizing and managing multiple projects while meeting deadlines and producing high quality workExcellent analytical and creative problem-solving skills with ability to focus on details while maintaining the "big picture" view
