Reporting Structure
The Email Marketing Associate reports directly to the Email Marketing Manager.
What You’ll Be Responsible For:
Support the execution of email and SMS campaigns through working with creative team to build campaigns, setting up creatives, and QA final test emails and SMSPartner with email marketing manager to own all aspects of the email and SMS program, including acquisition/list growth, triggered, transactional and lifecycle programsOwn creative approval process in Asana and make sure deliverables are being metTrack A/B testing results and provide insights coming off learningsLead SMS calendaring and segmentation efforts with approval of Email Marketing ManagerTest and create segments/audiences through usage of CDP (Customer Data Platform) to direct targetingCollaborate with Creative, eComm, and Buying to ensure strategies are aligned for email and SMS marketing communicationsDevelop bi-weekly reports with actionable insights for Creative teamAssist with weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting as neededAbility to own ad-hoc projects and comfort in making decisions when neededPerform other daily duties as needed/assignedWhat You’ll Bring:
