Position Summary

This is an on-site role in Houston, TX.

Step into the role of Manager, Marketing Campaigns and become the architect of our company's commercial success. In this pivotal position, you will lead the strategic design and execution of marketing campaigns that traverse the dynamic landscapes of B2B, B2B2C, and DTC channels. Duties and Responsibilities

Develops and executes comprehensive commercial campaign strategies, ensuring alignment with revenue objectives and organizational goals.Leads the planning, implementation, and optimization of marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and lead generation.Supports initiatives to drive campaign performance and achieve revenue targets.Collaborates with cross-functional teams to integrate campaign strategies across B2B, B2B2C, and DTC channels, maximizing market impact and customer engagement.Serves as a subject matter expert in commercial marketing, leveraging market insights and analytics to inform campaign strategies and optimize performance.Oversees the development of compelling messaging, content, and creative assets that resonate with our target audience and differentiate our brand in the marketplace.Manages campaign budgets, timelines, and resources effectively to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.Analyzes market trends, customer insights, and campaign performance data to identify opportunities for optimization and improvement.Leads the development and execution of data-driven insights and reporting strategies to evaluate campaign performance and drive continuous improvement.Partners with department leadership to evaluate headcount needs of department and participates in recruitment efforts.Mentors and coaches, a team of Campaign Specialists, providing guidance, support, and feedback to foster their professional growth and development.Fosters a culture of collaboration, creativity, and resourcefulness within the commercial marketing team, inspiring excellence and innovation in campaign execution.Performs other duties as assigned.Knowledge and Skills

Proficiency in marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and analytics tools.Strong analytical skills, with the ability to leverage data-driven insights to inform campaign strategies and optimize performance.Ability to effectively convey complex concepts and ideas to diverse stakeholders.Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset, focused on achieving revenue targets and driving continuous improvement in campaign performance.Key Competencies
