Position Summary

The Product Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive the success of our products in the market. This role will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, sales, and marketing, to ensure the successful launch, promotion, and ongoing growth of our products.

Duties and Responsibilities

Conducts in-depth market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitive landscapes.Uses data and insights to inform product positioning and strategy.Develops compelling product positioning and messaging that resonates with target audiences; Clearly articulates the unique value propositions of our products.Creates and executes go-to-market plans for new product launches and updates.Coordinates all marketing activities to ensure a cohesive and effective launch strategy.Develops and implements pricing strategies that align with market dynamics, customer value, and revenue goals.Regularly evaluates and adjusts pricing models to maximize profitability.Conducts regular competitive analysis to understand pricing trends to ensure our products remain competitive in the market and identifies opportunities for price differentiation.Segments customers based on their willingness to pay, usage patterns, and other relevant factors and tailors pricing strategies and packaging to meet the needs of different customer segments.Defines key performance indicators (KPIs) and regularly analyzes marketing and product data to measure the success of marketing campaigns and product initiatives. Uses data insights to optimize strategies.Continuously monitors the competitive landscape by identifying strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities and adjust marketing strategies accordingly.Works closely with product management, sales, design, and other teams to ensure alignment and successful product launches.Collaborates closely with operations, sales, finance, and other teams to ensure alignment and successful product launches with optimal strategy.Fosters a creative and collaborative work environment, encouraging teamwork, professional growth, and knowledge sharing among team members.Monitors and evaluates employee performance. Provides constructive feedback as necessary.Partners with department director to evaluate department headcount needs and participates in the interviewing process.Performs other duties as assigned.To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential function satisfactorily.
