Our Customer Experience Operations (CXO) teams go above and beyond by simplifying lives and enhancing community access to our products and services. Behind the scenes, dedicated individuals focus on refining the experience for millions of customers across all of our brands and providing support to our field agents.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

Create, edit, and curate knowledge articles, how-tos, reference material, and other support content

Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) and stakeholders to ensure all content meets accuracy and company standards

Maintain a consistent tone and style across all content, adhering to team and company guidelines

Partner and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure that our applications support the content, functionality, and performance needs of agents and the business

Identify, analyze, and prioritize key themes and trends in user feedback and work with partners to refine content and improve the user experience

Skills, Experience and Requirements

Education and Experience:

A bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university, or at least four years of related experience and training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience

Experience with HTML, JavaScript, and CSS a plus

Skills and Qualifications:

Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders

Ability to translate complex information into user-friendly support content

Self-motivated and proactive, passionate about understanding user needs and driving product improvements

Detail-oriented with the ability to support multiple projects at a time

Ability to learn quickly, prioritize, and adapt in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment

Salary Ranges

Compensation: $63,150.00/Year - $90,000.00/Year

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location. Candidates need to successfully complete a pre-employment screen, which may include a drug test and DMV check.
