Overview and Responsibilities

The Paramount Home Entertainment 'Coordinator, Global Digital Marketing' will support the ideation and execution of digital and social campaigns for home new releases, catalog, acquisition titles, and TV series.

The role requires a detail oriented, skilled at multitasking, teammate. As this position plays multiple roles within the team, the Digital Marketing Coordinator needs to be an enthusiastic problem solver who thrives on being engaged at all levels and considers no task too challenging for them to resolve. The ideal candidate should have experience in an agency, studio or network environment working with and implementing digital and online social campaigns, while understanding the limitations and possibilities of the medium. Analytical and quick thinking in a fast-paced environment are essential.

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:Project manage acquisition titles and TV series campaigns, and support team on new release and catalog campaignsHelp plan and coordinate social calendars, digital development and influencer activations including partnering with agencies and internal legal team to ensure organization and alignment on scope, paperwork, deliverables, and performanceManage calendar of film anniversaries, holidays, and events social calendar for owned and operated social channelsHelp develop social paid media briefs and set up units in platformOrganize access/admin credentials for social channelsOrganize and update shared team documents to support project management (budgets, link directories, asset management, department shared drive, etc.)Archive and liaise with international brand teams on social creative assets. Deliver source code to localization vendors.QA development projects (websites, apps, lenses)Technical set up for smarturls, affiliated links, QR codes, pixels, analytics scriptsStay abreast of enterprise solutions and tools to help manage volume of campaignsManage incoming and outgoing PO's for the team, while keeping track of budgets and spending for all titlesLiaise with internal teams including cross-functional marketing departments, legal, mastering, content protection, music, and othersPromotional product orders/trackingCompetitive review & report of other studio releasesAssist in creating filmmaker & vendor presentation decksPrepare Reports in PowerPoint, Excel, and MS Word as RequiredCollect and analyze information using various native analytics and other social listening tools- aggregating social reaction to materialsBasic Qualifications:

2+ years of experience in digital marketing within film, media/entertainment, creative agency driving digital creative and social campaignsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications or related field preferredExperience with strategic brainstorming, campaign development and brand developmentA/V creative design experience and Adobe Creative Suite familiarity a bonus!Additional Qualifications:

Self-starting, self-motivated, organized and detail oriented, with the ability to interact with numerous internal groupsThorough understanding of social platforms, including posting best-practices, mastery of Analytics/Insights tools, etc.Analytical and quick thinking in a fast-paced environmentAbility to handle several projects simultaneously, possess strong interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to work well in a team-oriented, collaborative environmentAdaptable and nimbleStrong sense of urgencyEligibility Requirements:

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Hiring Salary Range: $50,000.00 - 58,000.00.

The hiring salary range for this position applies to New York, California, Colorado, Washington state, and most other geographies. Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education. The benefits available for this position include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, life insurance coverage, disability benefits, tuition assistance program and PTO or, if applicable, as otherwise dictated by the appropriate Collective Bargaining Agreement.
