Wells Fargo is seeking a Campaign Manager for Home Lending Marketing to consult, plan and execute complex multi-channel direct marketing campaigns in support of Home Lending business goals. Learn more about the career areas and lines of business at wellsfargojobs.com .

In this role, you will:

Lead complex initiatives and work across functional teams to consult, plan and execute Home Lending marketing campaigns designed to acquire, retain and recapture mortgage relationships via various direct marketing channels (direct mail, email, telemarketing, ATM, etc.).

Plan the execution of campaigns: develop timelines, campaign requirements and establish milestones.

Work with internal data analyst teams to develop campaign waterfalls, data files and ensure they support audience selection criteria.

Partner with creative teams to develop innovative direct marketing creative pieces that support brand positioning, enterprise initiatives and line of business strategies.

Collaborate with internal reporting and analysis teams to set up campaign design on the front-end for tracking.

Develop and execute internal campaign launch communications.

Work with Legal, Compliance and Credit Risk departments to ensure adherence to all federal, state compliance laws - including direct marketing solicitation and privacy policies.

Oversee and maintain budget and confirm campaigns remain in line with initial campaign estimates.

Identify opportunities for future program refinement.

Required Qualifications:

5+ years of Marketing, Digital Marketing, Digital Platforms (i.e. Mobile or Social Media) experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

In-depth working knowledge of direct response strategies

Prior experience working on list-driven marketing campaigns that include complex segmentation and test designs

Prior experience driving direct marketing creative development including ability to evaluate creative copy and design

Exceptional attention to detail

Strong project coordination skills and the ability to work on multiple projects at one time in a fast-paced environment

Flexible and able to re-prioritize depending on business needs

Ability to work autonomously

Resourceful self-starter, creative problem solver, excellent interpersonal skills, and strong team player. Works with partners to overcome barriers to successful implementation of campaign.

Experience with Aprimo a plus

Job Expectations:

Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
