The team will work with the Group Creative Director to lead an exciting piece of new business for an iconic brand in the QSR space. They will be a trusted partner to clients to understand and appreciate their marketing challenges while evolving their brand for today’s competitive landscape.Role + Responsibilities:Develop 360 campaigns that push the brand forward and reflect a firm understanding of the communications objective, client nuances, and timing/budget parameters.Help develop and review creative briefs that provide strategic insight(s) and creative inspiration.Set high creative standards that lead to a body of work that creates enthusiastic customers and clients, and is consistently recognized by agency management as “on strategy” and unique to the QSR sector.Ensure that creative presentations to the client meet the highest professional standards.Collaborate with all disciplines across the agency to produce projects of creative excellence.Be comfortable with production and post-production with minimal supervision.Be social-media savvy — up to date on the latest trends and conversations (specifically in the QSR space).Lead the creative efforts on new business assignments, as needed.Requirements7+ years of experience at an advertising agency with QSR brandsMust be based in NYC or Chicago.Portfolio of work demonstrating conceptual capabilities in all mediumsA proven track record of conceptual creative ability and judgmentSuccessful client contact experience and ability to grow business organicallyThe ability to work collaboratively with cross-disciplinary teamsExcellent presentation skillsSuccessful experience in managing creatives
