Dish Wireless is seeking a Marketing Lead—VAS to join the dynamic Customer Communications and Owned Channel Marketing team.

In this role, you will play a pivotal part in elevating customer value and retention by implementing strategic initiatives for our Value Added Services (VAS) throughout the customer lifecycle, ultimately enhancing the customer journey and user experience.

As a Marketing Lead on the team, you will be at the forefront of developing impactful customer communications aimed at boosting engagement, driving sales, and fostering retention across the entire customer lifecycle.

Your primary responsibilities will include managing the creative development of different campaigns for our Value Added Services especially focused on email and SMS, developing creative testing strategies for continuous improvement of customer engagement and retention, and driving our messaging strategy for all our VAS programs.

If you are a passionate marketer driven by putting the customer experience first, we invite you to be a key player on our team.Key Responsibilities:Develop engaging email and SMS campaigns to support customer loyalty and business objectivesServe as a subject matter expert for Value Added Services communicationsManage creative development of different campaigns for our VAS offerings, briefing creative teams on needs, providing and seeking feedback, and shepherding campaigns from inception to deploymentSpearhead development of creative tests seeking continuous improvement to customer engagementCollaborate within the Retail Wireless Marketing team and across multiple teams including Creative, Web, and Sales to develop campaignsAct with a sense of urgency to ensure that campaigns are developed and executed accurately and on schedule

Skills, Experience and Requirements

Education and Experience:A minimum of 3-4 years of experience in marketing and a bachelor’s degree requiredPrior experience of Customer retention/loyalty preferredExperience designing email and SMS campaigns is a plusExperience project managing creative development and testing preferredSkills and Qualifications:Passion for the customerDesire to win the business every single dayCreative mindsetExperience designing email and SMS campaigns is a plusExperience project managing creative development and testing preferredDemonstrated ability to think creatively, strategically, and quickly and to learn and act swiftlyStrong interpersonal skills that encourage team partnership and promote enthusiasmProven experience working directly with different teams with excellent attention to detail, creativity, motivation, and communication skillsAbility to learn quickly, prioritize and work under pressure, adapt to a rapidly changing environment, and demonstrate a sense of urgencyAbility to facilitate a project with multiple steps from conception to delivery

Salary Ranges

Compensation: $72,350.00/Year - $103,400.00/YearBenefits

Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location.
