Position SummaryAmerit Fleet Solutions is looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. As the Digital Marketing Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting all Search Engine Marketing (SEM). This includes but is not limited to supporting advertising campaigns on Google, LinkedIn, Programmatic, etc. This also includes supporting organic keyword campaigns and search engine optimization (SEO) efforts.

Compensation: Competitive Pay - Paid weekly, every Friday! Salary Range: $75,000 - $85,000

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Manage PPC campaigns with keyword adjustments, expansions, bidding strategy optimization and more.

Create, monitor, and optimize digital ads across various channels.

Perform A/B tests across multiple channels on different advertisements. Recommend best practices and strategy decisions.

Report on campaign performances across all managed platforms including but not limited to increase and decrease in activity, geographic impact, conversions, testing, audience insights and more.

Attention to detail

Support SEO efforts with website optimizations, content creation, backlink building and more.

Support SEO efforts with keyword research, reporting and monitoring.

Conduct competitive research and run performance analysis comparisons.

Key Competencies and Minimum Education

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.

SEO experience required – experience moving keywords up in SERP.

Proficient in scheduling ad-flights and keeping campaigns aligned with budgets and monetary limits.

Proven experience and successful outcomes running Google Advertising campaigns. Google Certifications preferred, not required. (1-3 years of experience managing campaigns)

1-2 years experience with SEMRush preferred, not required

Experience with WordPress preferred, not required
